Parts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Parts Manager to join our team at Bristol Chevrolet in Bristol, TN. In this role, you will oversee the inventory management and stocking levels, ensuring that the right parts are available to support our technicians efficiently. You will work closely with OEM suppliers to stock appropriate parts, manage employee performance, and maintain high fill rates to maximize customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels to meet service and repair demands.
• Monitor and maintain stocking levels to ensure timely availability of parts.
• Collaborate with OEM partners to stock the appropriate and high-quality parts.
• Supervise and lead parts department employees to achieve operational goals.
• Maintain fill rates and provide timely support to technicians.
• Implement process improvements to streamline parts management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Parts Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with OEM suppliers and service technicians.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
