This fast-growing vertical SaaS company builds software for the deathcare industry; their team is passionate about easing the burden of death for families via modernizing a once antiquated industry. Backed by PE and tracking ahead of a 20%+ growth target, the company has strong product-market fit and is scaling its go-to-market motion, including a more structured sales function and increased investment in demand generation. This is a newly created role with direct visibility to company leadership and a small team already in place to support execution.

What You Will Own

\n
• Own demand generation and ABM strategy end to end, creating best-in-class account-based-marketing
\n
• Build and run named-account campaigns targeting enterprise buyers
\n
• Utilize AI on a daily basis to build and execute strategy, campaigns, and more
\n
• Partner closely with sales and BDR teams on pipeline
\n
• Manage digital marketing spend and ROI within commercial budget
\n
• Direct and develop two marketing team members
\n

What You'll Need

This role is a strong fit for demand generation or ABM leaders who've owned pipeline growth at a similarly sized B2B SaaS company.

• Ran ABM and demand generation programs in B2B SaaS
\n
• Built pipeline programs at a company near $10-20M ARR
\n
• Used AI tools to speed campaign planning and targeting
\n
• Low-ego, hands-on approach without a fixed playbook
\n
• Remote: Eastern or Central time zone preferred
\n

Plus Skills

\n
• HubSpot or similar CRM/ABM tooling
\n
• Agency background (not majority of career experience)
\n
